Project Description
Over the past decade, The Florida Aquarium has undergone a series of strategic expansions designed to modernize exhibitry and reinforce its conservation mission. As Architect of Record for dozens of these projects, the firm oversaw the transformation of legacy galleries, including Wetlands Trail and Bays & Beaches, into immersive, contemporary environments. Recent capital improvements, such as the Mosaic Exhibit Hall renovation and new habitats for puffins, sea lions, and African penguins, integrate sophisticated life-support systems with enhanced guest-experience infrastructure. These phased interventions reinterpreted the existing facility into a premier destination, balancing complex operational requirements with a renewed, modern aesthetic.
