The Dale Mabry Renovation transformed a former Party City retail space into a renewed commercial environment prepared for future tenancy. The interior was reimagined to support updated electrical layouts and contemporary commercial use, while the exterior received new glazing and material refinements to modernize the building’s presence. Through detailed on-site evaluation and coordination with existing conditions, the project reinterprets a dated retail shell into a flexible, forward-looking space.
