Project Description
Our development strategy for this urban infill project successfully integrated a state-of-the-art facility into the existing commercial corridor, complementing the surrounding area. By collaborating effectively with adjacent developers, we synchronized the design to align with the neighboring renovated strip center, creating a cohesive architectural language. The unit features unique, broken-up massing with varied heights and pedestrian-scaled window walls that actively engage the street. We curated a durable material palette of textured concrete, wood-composite panels, and reflective glass for a sophisticated modern aesthetic. This approach effectively inserted a modern anchor tenant that serves as a destination and acts as a successful catalyst for local regeneration.
